What is the cost/price?: There is zero cost to you. We take a 7.99% fee on all donations to cover costs of payment processing, transferring payouts/withdrawals, infrastructure, and more. You don't need a credit card to get started and will never be charged for anything else.
How often can I withdraw fundraiser funds?: Donations are typically ready to be withdrawn within 2-3 days of the donation. From there you can withdraw at any time as often as you'd like.
What methods are there for me to withdraw fundraiser funds?: Currently we support transfers to your bank account and check by mail.
What donation payment methods are accepted?: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay using Square.
How secure is this?: When making a donation, donors checkout using Square's secure and trusted payment platform.
Can I track my fundraiser progress?: Yes, you can track your live fundraiser progress in the dashboard. See donation counts, calendar views, funding totals,and more.
